When we first started bathing the new baby, we found out very quickly that he loved bubble baths. He'd flail and splash and be delighted by the bubbles that floated in the air. Very shortly thereafter, my wife started using a small hand-held device to manufacture bubbles. You just blew through it and bubbles of all sizes would float through the air. The baby was delighted.
Well, the bubble escalation continued. It wasn't very long before we had a Summer Tub Time Bubble Maker. It worked fine, but at this time the interest in floating bubbles tapered off markedly. Maybe it was the machine. Maybe the hand-made bubbles were more fun for the kid, and the hand-made bubbles were real easy to make and easy to direct around the baby's space. In any case, interest tapered off to where the bubble machine is now a seldom-used object cluttering the bath space in the bathroom. Would I buy it again? No.
